Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Site Reliability
Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct management to an SRE Tech Lead and a team of 8-10
direct reports
Organize the team around solving complex problems and assist with
vendor management for infrastructure tools
Participate in an incident commander on-call rotation and own the
post-incident work process for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience in SRE, DevOps, sysadmin, or
infrastructure engineering roles
3+ years of experience directly managing SRE, DevOps, or
infrastructure teams
Proficiency in cloud computing, particularly AWS and GCP
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and
Kubernetes
Knowledge of observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and
ELK
