Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
Provide direct instruction and support to students
Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other
support staff
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related
field
Active Connecticut Licensure in Special Education
Experience in virtual or traditional special education settings
Strong understanding of special education laws and IEP
processes
Proficiency in virtual learning platforms and technology tools
