Job Description:
A company is looking for a Marketing Proposal & Pursuit
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborates with team members to support proposal preparation and
production
Manages proposal processes including planning, scheduling, and
compliance with RFP requirements
Writes and tailors proposal content while coordinating team
activities and meetings
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in the A/E/C industry as a marketing or
proposal specialist
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional
experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Adobe
Creative Suite, particularly InDesign
Demonstrated expertise in writing and editing, including persuasive
writing
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple
priorities effectively
