Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls while providing exceptional customer
service
Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain a friendly and detail-oriented approach in all
interactions
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proven customer support or call center experience preferred
Must have a phone; a laptop will be provided
Medicaid experience is preferred
