Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Workday Analyst to enhance
employee journey through effective processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Optimize Workday HCM capabilities focusing on specific modules
through process improvement and troubleshooting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business
processes and provide Workday solutions
Design and maintain Workday reporting and analytics to support
internal teams and leadership decisions
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Workday analyst or administrator with
hands-on configuration experience
Workday training or equivalent experience in HCM fundamentals and
related features
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
preferred; Workday certification is a plus
Experience with full Workday project lifecycle management is
preferred
Product-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement in
People technology
