Cultivate relationships with customers to address their financial
needs and maximize Empower product usage
Drive appointments to identify and close on outside asset
opportunities
Present solutions for various savings goals using goal-based
planning techniques
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
3+ years of financial industry experience with demonstrated sales
success
In-depth understanding of retail investment vehicles and qualified
retirement plans
FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 (or 66) registrations required
FINRA fingerprinting required
