Job Description:
A company is looking for a Leave of Absence Consultant to
support associates during their leave of absence.
Key Responsibilities
Provide consultation to associates and managers regarding leave
policies and procedures
Manage the administrative aspects of the leave process, including
documentation and data entry
Serve as a subject matter expert on leave policies, ensuring
compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent
experience
3+ years of experience administering leaves of absence
Solid knowledge of federal, state, and local leave laws
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with
ServiceNow and Workday preferred
Experience in a mid-to-large corporate environment with a high
volume of leave cases
